President Trump defended Don Jr. again on Twitter in Saturday morning tweets.

President Trump defended his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., on Saturday, days after the revelations that he met with a Russian lawyer to acquire damaging information on Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign.
The president tweeted, "My son Donald openly gave his e-mails to the media & authorities whereas Crooked Hillary Clinton deleted (& acid washed) her 33,000 e-mails!"
Trump Jr. on July 11 publicly shared the emails that detailed the exchange concerning the source and type of information that he'd receive at the meeting.
However, he may have posted those emails to get ahead of their release by the media. As the Hill notes, "Trump’s eldest son released the emails just minutes before The New York Times published a report detailing the contents of the emails, which show that Trump Jr. was told before the meeting that the information about Clinton was part of a Russian government effort to help his father’s presidential campaign."
In his tweets on Saturday, the president also said about Clinton, "So many people are asking why isn't the A.G. or Special Council looking at the many Hillary Clinton or Comey crimes. 33,000 e-mails deleted?"
Trump continued, "What about all of the Clinton ties to Russia, including Podesta Company, Uranium deal, Russian Reset, big dollar speeches etc."
Meanwhile, he has defended Trump Jr.'s meeting on multiple occasions, including during a recent press briefing when he said, "I think from a practical standpoint, most people would have taken that meeting. It's called opposition research."

God bless America," wrote one tweeter.
"Is this how you advertise for White House job vacancies? I think you need a thicker magazine," someone else tweeted.
"If only Trump could read. Let's just hope this is filled with pretty pictures," wrote another Twitter user.
According to Time, this could be an effort by the Trump family to re-enter the publishing business.
"Various Trump-related imprints existed between 1997 and 2009, including Trump Style, Trump World, and the subsequent Trump Magazine, which reportedly shut down due to decreasing advertising revenue in the wake of the recession," Time noted.
