Katie Paschall - Fear

Afraid of the world, <br />Afraid of regret, <br />Afraid of the things she'll never forget. <br /> <br />Afraid of the truth, <br />Afraid of the inside, <br />afraid of nowhere to go and hide. <br /> <br />Afraid of appearence, <br />Afraid of a short fall, <br />Afraid of the things she'll never get at all. <br /> <br />But fear is so small, <br />Our lives are too short, <br />There is no fear in heaven, <br />Where we are sure to report. <br /> <br />Fear is nothing not the world on your shoulders, <br />Does fear really matter? <br /> <br />Or is it our friends and our family that matter to us, <br />So close and dear, <br />I don't know what I would do, <br />If no friends were near. <br /> <br />So next time you have fear, <br />try to recall, <br />that fear does not matter at all. :)<br /><br />Katie Paschall<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/fear-16/
